01. What should I have before placing an order?
Before ordering, you’ll need to have the recipient name, a complete address and phone number ready for where you’re sending your order to. It is also strongly encouraged to decide beforehand what you’d like to write on the card message. Last but not least, if placing an order over the phone, please have your card numbers ready, including (CVV) code and zip code. 

02. Where do you offer delivery to?
We deliver to most parts of Richmond County including Rockingham, Hamlet, Ellerbe, Cordova, East Rockingham, West Rockingham, and parts of Norman.

03. Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we offer same day for deliveries placed before 2pm. It's best to place your order at least one day in advance to give us adequate time to design your florals. 

04. Can you deliver at a specific time?
Yes and no. If you place your order multiple days in advance and it's not a holiday, we can most likely meet your time request. We do not offer time specific deliveries for holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. 

05. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
Yes and no. We try our best to hand our florals to the person the florals are for; however, most individuals do not come to the door anymore. Our delivery driver will notify our management team if a delivery needs to be left. Please know that we do our best to place the item at the door most used and out of harm of weather, pets, etc. If you have any specific instructions for delivery (ex. knock real loud), please let our team know when placing the order. 

06. What flowers do you offer? 
On a weekly basis, we keep a stock of the most common florals in the current season colors. All special requests must be submitted at least one week in advance as our suppliers carry limited unique varieities. 

07. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Apple & Google pay, cash app, and all credit cards. 

08. Can I make a change to my order?
Most likely. It depends on if our design team has already started your order.

10. Do you deliver to the hospital?
Definitely! Remember to provide the legal first and last name so we can find the recipient. A maiden name may be required in some areas depending on the hospital’s policy. Including additional information, such as the room number or section of the hospital to find the recipient will help ensure a smooth delivery. Some situations may require the delivery to be left at the front desk of the hospital where an employee or volunteer at the hospital will ensure the gift reaches the recipient.

11. Do you call orders out of town?
Yes, we can call an out of town florist for you; however, with the advancement of technology it's easy to find a florist online. If you would like us to call one of our preferred florists, we will charge an additional $6.00 + the amount the florist charges us.
