HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY WEDING FLOWERS?
We encourage our couples to book an appointment as soon as they've booked their venue and wedding date. This allows our team to reserve your date on our calendar. You can book an appointment as early as 15 months before your wedding to 4 months before depending on our availability.
IS A CONSULTATION REQUIRED?
Yes, we require all our couples to meet with us before booking our services. This can be done in person or via ZOOM.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes, we offer our services to locations all over North Carolina and South Carolina within a three hour radius of our brick and mortar store located in Rockingham, NC.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY CONSULTATION?
We ask that couples bring any photos they've collected via Pinterest, website, or friends wedding. Bring all details planned thus far including date, venue location, estimated guest count, number of tables at reception, etc.

Our design team is equipped to design all forms of elegant, modern, boho, rustic, garden, and vintage. No matter your style, vision or scale of design, our team can work with you.
DO YOU HANDLE MORE THAN ONE WEDDING A DAY?
Yes, We are able to execute multiple events on one day. However, in some cases the event logistics are such that we are only able to do one. Each wedding is judged accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR AVERAGE WEDDING BUDGET?
Most of our brides choose to spend between $3,500- $8,500. It all depends on floral selection, skill level needed to execute vision and labor involved.
HOW CAN I SECURE MY WEDDING DATE?
To secure your wedding date, you must sign our contract and make a deposit of at least 30% based on your overall invoice. Please know this is a non-refundable deposit.

What you can expect
After you've booked your wedding date and selected a venue, it's time to send an inquiry. By now you've hopefully scrolled through our Instagram and read through our website, and like what you see. After inquiring, our team will set up a consultation meeting.
PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT
After discussing your budget and vision, our team will draft a proposal that will include your colors, florals, and arrangements. Our proposals are a starting point. You can adjust, change or add throughout the planning process. Once reviewed and agreed upon, couples will sign our contract to reserve their date with us.
We check in about two months before your wedding date to finalize all floral details and agree upon final payment. We also setup a final call or email to finalize setup and break down timing.
THE BIG DAY
It's finally here! The day you say "I do" and dance the night away with family and friends. Our team will arrive on site at our designated time to place and execute your vision around the venue. For most couples, this is when the "aha" moment happens. They finally witness the "wow" factor themselves.

For couples who have a guest count less than 100 with a petite bridal party. Our services would include personal florals for the bride and groom and three to four bridal party members. Some floral choices such as orchids will be an add on expense. As for your ceremony, you can expect a simplistic ceremony design to cover an arch, cross, barrel, tree, etc. Lastly, it would include a low centerpiece for each of your guest tables at the reception.

For couples looking to get married at the courthouse or host an intimate ceremony, you may only need personal florals and a touch of florals at the ceremony. This is the best option for couples looking to have everything designed and placed for them on wedding day. Weddings in this package start at $4,000 and go up to $10,000, depending on your budget. Florals in this range will include bridal party florals, ceremony installs, reception centerpieces and additional decor.

For couples looking for a grand wedding including large scale installations, you'll want to set a budget of at least 10,000. To execute large design visions, our team requires several team members and several hours of prep. A wedding design of this scale typically requires our team to be onsite for at least eight hours.
In this price point, we will look at every visual component of your wedding. We will help you define your vision and then bring your personal style to life with our creative direction. Wrapping our hands around every visual detail of your wedding ensures your story is told cohesively from start to finish.
