WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT YOU DO AND A VENUE COORDINATOR/HOST ON THE DAY-OF?

Role of venue manager/host- Locking and unlocking the building, keeping bathrooms stocked, providing cleaning supplies, controlling lights and temperature, practically anything regarding the functioning of the venue.

Role of wedding planner/coordinator- Everything else! Setting up decor, keeping the day moving according to timeline, guiding the vendor team, assisting the couple with any personal needs, tipping vendors, packing up personal belongings, solving any difficulties that may arise.

We’ll be your vendor curator, budget supervisor, fee negotiator, etiquette advisor, family dynamics mediator, stationery proofreader, cake tasting attendant (our favorite!), personal stylist, favor packager, and more often than not, your listening ear and personal counselor. We’ll support you and advocate for you as we guide the entire planning process, and then oversee the wedding day from set up to tear down. From booking hotel room blocks, to timing shuttle pick ups, to determining the amount of electrical power your tented reception needs, to sending you down the aisle… we’ll handle it all every step of the way.

Average overall wedding budget $20,000-$40,000

For couples wanting to plan their own wedding with communication along the way and hands on support in the final months! Includes emails and scheduled calls throughout with your lead planner. Includes 1-2 coordinators on the wedding day depending on the size of your wedding. 

Kicking off the planning process:

  1. Get-to-know one another and dive into planning (in-person or virtual)
  2. month-by-month planning checklist
  3. Preferred vendors list 

Mid Planning:

  1. Creation of a layout to scale using design software
  2. Communication with all vendors
  3. Creation of minute-by-minute timeline 

2 Weeks Prior to Wedding Day:

  1.  Final review of timeline and layout
  2. Distribution and review of final timeline and layout with vendor team 
  3. Adjustment of final rental order based on final guest count

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

Wedding Week Coordination:

  • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)
  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal
  • Communication with immediate family and wedding party of necessary details (arrival time, beauty locations, toast order, etc.)
  • Full day-of coordination (up to 12 hours) of wedding party, guests, and vendors 
  • Overseeing wedding party getting ready and photography
  • Decorating the ceremony and reception space with décor provided by the couple
  • Directing vendors upon arrival and overseeing vendor setup 
  • Overseeing transitions and timeliness of schedule
  • Cueing the couple and wedding party for timing of each part of the day 
  • Communication with vendors throughout the evening
  • Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night
  • Distribution of gratuities  
  • Overseeing cleanup and packing belongings 
  • Emergency kit on hand
  • Taking care of any surprises :) 

Additional fees apply for weddings with multiple ceremonies, venues, heavy decor or
over 200 guests. 

PARTIAL PLANNING

Average overall wedding budget $40,000-$60,000

For those wanting to plan their wedding with hands-on support and design guidance. This package includes everything in the Wedding Management package in addition to the Partial Planning elements. 





Budget analysis meeting 

  • Together we will go line by line through creating a detailed budget. Every single item from shoes to menus will be included to give you an accurate snapshot of what your dream wedding will cost. Along the way, we will offer creative suggestions of ways we can help you stay within your desired budget and prioritize for the greatest impact.
  • Personalized recommended list of available vendors based on style, personality and budget.

Design questionnaire, consultation, and creation of a summarized design presentation for overall vision of the wedding

  • We send you a design questionnaire to fill out together to help us get to know your style, taste, and ways we can personalize your wedding. We then have a consultation to dive deeper and ensure we are clear on your vision. Lastly, we create a summarized design presentation based on your preferences mixed with our design knowledge and ideas for personalization. This presentation is perfect for sharing with loved ones, helping you select attire, and showing vendors to express your vision. 

Accompaniment to Specialty Rentals and Catering appointments 

  • In addition to joining  you during rental selection appointment, we also join you for your taste tasting and speciality rentals (ex. lounges, backdrops, etc.) We schedule the meeting on your behalf, attend it together,  and have a call after the proposal has been received to suggest any necessary revisions.
